The hearing aid (half shell Model 170) has exceeded my expectations. I had tried a behind the ear model a couple years ago, and found it to be lacking. Lloyds did an excellent job of handling the molding of the custom unit, answering my questions, and following up to make sure the aid was satisfactory. I highly recommend Lloyds, and this aid. |
