Although I've only had the hearing aids a short time and I'm still contacting Ernesto for follow up back feed sounds from the left aid, I can say that my experience with Lloyds has been very favorable. I was able to do a lot of research and comparison on your website, unlike most others which merely wanted the contact information in exchange for any kind of specific information. I appreciate that the prices and particulars of the products are there for anyone to see. After years of going to audiologists, most of whom did not reveal my many possible alternatives but only brought out the most expensive aid they thought they could sell me at the time. I usually had to return many times to have the aid adjusted which was time consuming and frustrating, expecially when I mostly ended up with unhappy compromises. With Lloyds I was able to zero in on what I felt would be right for me after reading your site and others and with the help of Ernesto, pick the right hearing aid for me. I am very happy and expect to be satisfied long term with my choice. Needless to say, I will be a long term customer of yours. |
