Lloyd's is an extremely customer-satisfaction related business.
I recently purhcased a pair of CIC hearing aids. This was accomplished prior to consultation with an audiologist who recommended that my BTE's were more compatible with my lifestyle.
This information was conveyed to Lloyd's who immediately said they understood,would not only refund the price of the hearing aids, but also the price of the molding equipment provided that the syringe was unused.
Should an opportunity arise, I'll be very pleased to refer any of my friends to your company should they require help with a hearing problem. |
