I think this product is terrific. I suffer from profound hearing loss and this is the best aid I have had. It takes a few days to adjust to it and I have decided to have a custom molded tip made for achieve more comfort. I don't think I have heard this clearly in 20 years.
I would also like to note what a pleasure it has been dealing with Lloyds. THe people are very efficient and again, special mention to Erica for compassion, patience and helpfulness.

I have used the BTE hearing aids from Lloyd's for several years now and recently went to the digital due to more hearing loss. I found the analog very easy to use; however, I am still adjusting to the digital. I feel the manufacturer's pamphlet could be more clearly stated. So many "may haves" in it - very confusing. |
