I was unsure and wanted to try it out first. One week later I was completely happy and went to order for the other ear, but sadly it was no longer available. Additionally, it was to have arrived with a choice of mushroom ear buds in different sizes. It arrived with only one attached. I would not recommend this unit for a woman or a smaller man. 2
